Professional Development Credits

Types of professional development credits offered for workshop participation:

  • PA Keys and PA Act 48 Credits
  • Continuing Education Units (CEU)
  • PA Social Work Credit Hours (pending approval)

Be sure to indicate the type of credit you need when you register! All Conference credits must be selected at the time of registration. Any credit requests made after April 5, 2019 will incur a $10 processing fee per person. Any credit requests received after June 29, 2019 cannot be guaranteed. A Certificate of Attendance will be available in the Conference Program or by e-mail following the event. Workshop credit will be recorded by scanning the bar code on your name badge at the end of each workshop session.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The Perelman Quadrangle is easily accessible by bus or train. Visit www.septa.org to plan your route. The Perelman Quadrangle is located near the 33rd Street Trolley Stop, the 34th Street Stop of the Market-Frankford Line, and within walking distance from 30th Street Station.

PARKING
Parking is available at many garages and lots located near the Perelman Quadrangle. Visit the Quadrangle website for a complete listing.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel, conveniently located at 3549 Chestnut Street, about a fifteen minute walk from The Perelman Quadrangle, is offering conference participants a room rate of $169 (plus tax), single or double occupancy. You must reserve before 2/6/19 to receive this rate. Reservations can be made by calling 215-387-8000. You must mention the First Up Conference to receive this special rate.
