DESCRIPTION:First Up: Champions for Early Education along with other Early Learning PA partners is visiting the PA Capitol to educate lawmakers about the importance of ECE and the urgency of establishing additional funding in the coming fiscal year. You are invited to join us to meet with your legislator to discuss the important work you do!  We will set up the meeting\, a folder of information for your legislator\, and a seasoned advocate to help lead the conversation during the meeting with your legislator. All you need to do is share YOUR story!\n*Disclaimer: Transportation is not always guaranteed\, we may not be able to confirm a meeting with your legislator on day chosen. Example agenda for the day:\n6 – 7 am Depart Philadelphia area\n9 am Arrive in Harrisburg\n9 – 3 pm Visit legislators to discuss ECE & budget ask\n3 – 4 pm Depart Harrisburg\n5 – 6 pm Arrive Philadelphia area\n**Actual schedule to be determined\, by legislator availability.
