Join First Up Monday, May 11th for a Day Without Child Care!

We are making noise in support of a $10M increase for the Child Care Staff Recruitment and Retention Program, $2M increase for the Head Start Supplemental Assistance Program, $7.5M increase for Pre-K Count, thriving wages for early childhood educators and Universal Childcare for every child and family.

We will be participating in three events this day. First, a rally at City Hall will take place 9-11:30am. Next, there will be a Virtual Rally and finally a Luncheon 12:00pm- 1:30pm where we will hear from the ECE field and develop strategies to advocate effectively. Whether you want to join our rally at City Hall, or our Virtual Luncheon First Up will be FIRED UP for ECE!
