FREE Community of Practice: Community Connected through Crisis

First Up invites you to join a virtual Community of Practice, sponsored by the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, as a place to connect and share experiences around the COVID-19 crisis. We will introduce the concepts of trauma and resilience as they relate to uncertainty due to the pandemic in a series of three interactive and sequential sessions:

  • Community Connected through Crisis, Part 2: Revisits trauma and its impact on the brain, while exploring strategies for self-regulation and communicating in times of stress with increased empathy
